Nobody Should Navigate Healthcare Alone

TrustedRiders places trained, background-checked chaperones with patients and older adults for every step of every trip — from the front door to the appointment and safely home again.

The TrustedRiders Innovation

TrustedRiders provides non-medical, door-through-door human support and coordination around pre-arranged trips, whether by walking or with any form of ground transportation arranged through partners.

What is A "TrustedRider"?

Our TrustedRiders are trained, certified, and background-checked to work with older adults and other at-risk populations, and receive additional instruction from mobility and care-navigation specialists. We do not operate vehicles. Our services focus on safety, guidance, and follow-through before, during, and after each journey.
